31 Dec 05 |Good Bye 2005 - Party in CK's House ( lol )

Yesterday ran into 7 person, today ran into one and that enough to shocked me more than 7 together. After knowing he was there I couldn't eat anything even I was just started to … bad memories etc…. don't even wanna talk about it, even I handled it really cool, I don't want to think about it.

Work at the morning and went to the Chinese massage before lunch. The Mainland Chinese Massagers are really, really skillful in this place – they know exactly where's the acupuncture point located and how to push them to make u feel better – for Chinese massage I really need to find Mainland Massager coz they are much more skillful than HKese Massagers ( sorry to say, but bloody true ) .. And sometime when talk to them, they are truly proud of being Chinese and the Chinese culture( its great to love your own nations and country, but not to being means to others too, that's very important) , but not like many Hkese I spoke to, not all, but many of them are---Japanese/Korean/western/overseas-born-chinese wannabes, or mixed blood wannabes ( well, for many HKese the terms ‘ mix' only means Eurasian, like me? Bad mixed) I always like those Hkese who is being proud to be Chinese ( like Carol etc ) but not look down on other nations, especially south east Asian or Middle east Asian .

Anyway, after Massage I went to have a quick lunch myself – spicy sea food fried rice in a Hk café, well … cant even taste ANY spicy .. doesn't matter it wasn't bad …

Then I just spend few hours walking around and read books in the book shops ( I love books, esp. those with pictures) and wait til later at night for joining the Party in Christine and Kyoko's apartment.

Everyone have to get some food for the party– I've got some Japanese Sushi in Sogo, and wow! Christine cook a lot too. The food were great! Koulie bring some food that her maid made and this time she bring her daughter Philippa too – firstly didn't know she have a daughter, but not that surprised. Philippa was very nice too, a lovely ( and god, very tall) girl – suddenly remember first met Koulie, after she asked my ethic background she said ‘ its nice to be a mix' – I was wondering and asked ‘ why??” and she answered,” usually are more good looking” … I didn't and I don't really think so, well many of them, but not all – but now I know the reason she said that was she really love her daughter and of course Philppa is very beautiful in her mom, Koulie's eyes ( and yes she IS pretty) … I knew I would think my daughter ( should be ) very beautiful too, unlike my mom (always said I'm ugly)…hahah

We were busy playing games after the food and wine, but stopped when downstairs in world trade centre doing count down and count down together – actually, they did twice there, and Koulie said ‘ I think they will keep on doing count down non-stop ..” wahahahah she is too funny! then just after mid night, Kyoko and her bf and another friend come back – they made the party even more funny too hahaha! That friend of Kyoko's bf was trying to guess our nationality, it was too funny again – he guessed Christine is Japanese ( wrong, she is Filipino with Chinese , Portuguese and Spanish blood- but she look abit like the Okinawa one) he guessed Christine's friend was local Chinese and Singaporean Chinese right, than he was just really wondering what me and Philippa are – well I thought he can tell im half thai or just think I'm a Chinese or Korean etc, but he said to me and Philippa…….. “ well you 2 are something else – Eurasian?” well he got Philippa right, but I was almost scream at him, wasn't because I don't like it ( or like it ) but I'm NOT Eurasian and I really don't think I have ANY feature of European … same as people think im Spainish… hello???? 100% Asian that really proud of being south + northern Asian …..well I m not angry – just really shocked and couldn't believe…since many local girls wanna be an Eurasian they would hate me when some people guessed I am ….oh well.

This guy is very friendly and funny too, he has a website of showing he put on some costumes for protesting – Koulie asked, “was that for homophobia?” hahaha Im not and I never a homophobia or think Gay or Lesbian is something strange but this so funny to ask in this situation … God im going to love Koulie she got such a sense of humour !!! laughed so much, great way to start MY 2006!
