Ingredients:
- Flat Noodles
- Tofu pieces (the hard one for cooking) 1 bowl
- Shallot - as much as you like
- Chili - I put 8-10 chili, but you may only want to put 3-4
- Garlic - should be 1 and cut in small pieces, but I use 2 as I like it.
- Garlic chives not more than 1/4 compare to the flat noodles.
(actually you need a bit more, like dry carrot, peanuts, fresh sprouts etc, but considering I just made the noodles for myself quickly today... so it wasn't very demending.)
- Vegetarian fish sause or Vegetarian Oyster sause.
- Sugar.
- Vinegar.
- Egg if you want, but I didn't add in.
- Cut tofu pieces into bite-size cubes, I cut it long (personal preference)
- Cut Garlic chives, Chili, Garlic,
Shallot like what I did in the photo. |

- 豆腐塊(硬身用來煮那種)一碗
- 乾䓤頭﹣多少隨你喜歡
- 辣椒﹣我放8-10隻,但你可能只該放3-4隻
- 蒜﹣該用一個,切碎粒,但我用了兩個(個人喜好)
- 韭菜﹣該不比河粉的1/4 多。
(其實要有更多材料的,像乾蘿蔔絲,花生,芽菜等,但我今天只為自己簡單的做,所以也不太講究。)
- 素食蠔油或素食魚露。
- 糖
- 醋
- 可以加蛋,但我沒有。
- 把豆腐塊切成小方粒,我切條是個人喜好。
- 把韭菜,辣椒,蒜,乾䓤頭切成像我圖中的一樣。 |
